We should add a new check for the generated documentation to the existing GHA checks once JDK-8337109 is integrated.

We should look at how to download the source and compile it in GHA. My understanding was that there is no updated binary present, so this is likely to be needed in GHA. We can use the built-in caching system to lessen the burden, like we do with jtreg.
