Create a test script that runs and compares a baseline JDK with a set of print and trace flags enabled and the migrated JDK with the set of corresponding UL tags selected. The script could use a stable subset of compilations (using Xbatch, CompileOnly, etc.) and check e.g. that the same number of lines are output.
