On jdk8, some Windows properties are not set in the j2gss.dll and sspi_bridge.dll files.

There files were added by the backports of JDK-8200468 and JDK-6722928 for 8u and Windows Properties are set correctly on jdk11.
Therefore, there is probably a problem with the backports for 8u.
I think that the omissions such as copyright cause a compliance risk.
