JTabbedPane's tab with html label does not show focus border in GTK LookAndFeel

      JTabbedPane's tab with html label does not show focus border

      Step to reproduce
      --------------------------
      1) Run the attached program
      2) You will see a Frame with JTabbedPane.
      3) Press left arrow key to move from Tab-1 to Tab-2 & Observe that Tab-2 has the focus border on it.
      4) Press right arrow key to move the focus back to Tab-1 observe that Tab-1 does not have the focus border. If you see the same then the bug is reproduced.


      This works as expected in Java LookandFeel
      Tested on Ubuntu 24.10
