Investigate performance impact of making LambdaForm$MH abstract

      As described in JDK-8341649, "Making the LambdaForm$MH generated class ABSTRACT is causing the compiler to do a lot of work that it doesn't do with this class FINAL."

      It seems to be caused by dependencies but we should investigate the root cause.
