A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I access the API documentation website frequently and, when automatically translating to pt-br for better reading after loading the website, the CSS simply disappears and only the html remains, which makes reading the website very difficult, having to remove the automatic translation from Google Translate and reload it again. If I reload again with auto-translation enabled, the problem persists until I disable it. This problem has been persistent for a while. The bug persists regardless of the browser or platform used.

REGRESSION : Last worked in version 23.0.1

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. Enable automatic translation from English to Portuguese in Google translator (use Chrome for easier configuration);
2. Access https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/23/docs/api/index.html;


EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
The documentation page is automatically translated and the CSS is loaded normally.
ACTUAL -
The documentation page loaded normally in English. After that, it was translated and its initial state was maintained normally. However, seconds later, the same page was maintained, but this time without the CSS,leaving the page raw and confusing

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Temporarily disable Google Translate's automatic translation for the website and translate it manually by clicking the "translate" button. This can quickly become a nuisance given the navigation through multiple pages. Even trying to work around the issue by clicking on links on the translated page that lead to anchored sections on the page, the bug suddenly appears...
