      java/awt/Component/SetFontOrBackground/SetBgrFnt.java fails in windows.
      The test invokes the setBackground() on Frame and the color is not applied to the frame and its components.

      I have attached the testcase .
      The test fails on Windows 10, Windows 11 & Windows 2022
