PBES2 should be added as a standard AlgorithmParameters algorithm to the Standard Algorithm Names Specification. The SunJCE provider supports it.

The following row should be added to the AlgorithmParameters section:

Algorithm: PBES2
Description: Parameters for use with the PBES2 password-based encryption algorithm as defined in PKCS #5: Password-Based Cryptography Specification, Version 2.1.
