[lworld] ProcessReaper stack size too small

      Some tests of the release Java Runtime with -Xcomp experience StackOverflow exception in the ProcessReaper in ProcessHandleImpl.
      Some combination of -Xcomp and the MH generation done by isSubstitutability for value objects increase the stack requirements.
