When an application adds a JAR to boot classpath through `java.lang.instrument.Instrumentation.appendToBootstrapClassLoaderSearch` the file descriptor to JAR (opened through libzip) stays open, failing CRaC checkpoint.

There is no workaround on the application side that could allow checkpoint.
