Several tests missing /native keyword

      Some of the tests (e.g. TestCriticalUpcall and TestArrayStruct) lack the `native` keyword in the test header. This should be added.

      The '/native' keyword will make run the related tests by jtreg standalone more friendly.

        		 Test java/foreign/TestUpcallStress.java should mark as /native Sub-task Resolved Sendao Yan

        		 Add /native to native test in FFM Sub-task Resolved Sendao Yan
