Similar to `ThrowingSubscribersAsInputStream`, `ThrowingSubscribersAsLines`, etc. tests verifying the behavior of, respectively, `ofInputStream()`, `ofLines()`, etc. `HttpResponse` factory methods on misbehaving Reactive Streams operators that throw exceptions, create tests for `limiting()` factory methods introduced in JDK-8328919 too.
