JFR is an important tool for debugging application performance. Right now CRaC detects an open FD (unless started with disk=false option) and the checkpoint fails. Similar to debugging port, we should at least close/reopen the file on checkpoint, and ideally make JFR VM options restore-settable so that JFR can be started on restore.
