I have been looking to tidy up branches in x86 code for particular places in template interpreter. There are many places we can tune up. This attempts to look after all guaranteed-short forward jumps around x86 template interpreter.

I expect no significant performance improvement from this work, this is just a bunch of paper-cut issues.
