`jdk/crac/LinkedCleanableRefTest` started sometimes failing after the recent Cleaner processing changes (it seems to rely on the order of Cleaner resource handling which is not guaranteed anymore).

The test should ideally be updated to account for the new JDK code, until then it should be disabled.
