JDK-8294535 enabled the PassFailJFrame manual test framework to capture screenshots. There are two modes: FULL_SCREEN and WINDOWS.

For some tests, one of the mode could be more appropriate and the other mode could inapplicable. In such cases, the UI could be simplified by displaying just the Screenshot button without the combo box for choosing mode.

Additional methods to PassFailJFrame.Builder — screenCapture{Screen,Windows} — could lock the selection, and then hide the combo box.
