Remove Sun Microsystems JCE Code Signing Root CA

      No longer trust certificates issued by the old Sun Microsystems JCE Certificate Authority.

      This certificate expired on April 25, 2020 and has a 1024-bit DSA public key which is not recommended anymore.

      All certificates since 2016 have been issued using the new Oracle JCE Certificate Authority.
