[lworld] Refactor AssertUnsetFields to Early Larval Frame

      Strict fields are represented in the Stack Map Table through the AssertUnsetFields entry which acts as a modifier to a subsequent frame. This entry should be renamed to Early Larval Frame and it should act as a wrapper to a base frame. The parsing of the stack map table attribute should be updated to read the new format and include new verify errors for identified corner cases.
