HorizScrollers.java uses RTLScrollers.java to run its scroll test. RTLScrollers required some code to be moved into the EDT, but one section (the dialog disposal and the start of the test execution) causes the test to immediately fail after pressing "GO".

There is some outdated wording in one of the instructions as well, so this should be updated.
