We currently use Xcode 14.3 to build JavaFX on macOS. We should upgrade to Xcode 15.4 to match JDK 25.
This will require building on macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. The JavaFX binaries built on macOS 14 will still be able to run on earlier versions (e.g., macOS 11 Big Sur, which is the current minimum that JavaFX will run on).
