RISC-V: Several IR verification tests fail when vlen=128

        JDK-8351662, JDK-8349666 and JDK-8352529 enables bunch of IR verification tests for riscv. Some of these IR verification tests pass when vlen=256, but fail when vlen=128. Need to find out how these tests depend on vlen.
