~~JDK-8351662~~, ~~JDK-8349666~~ and ~~JDK-8352529~~ enables bunch of IR verification tests for riscv. Some of these IR verification tests pass when vlen=256, but fail when vlen=128. Need to find out how these tests depend on vlen.
