Improve instructions for JFileChooser/HTMLFileName.java

      The instructions for the javax/swing/JFileChooser/HTMLFileName.java test that was added by JDK-8139228 can be improved further.

      There's only one file with HTML name in it, there are no directories in the test.

      The instructions render the HTML file name as HTML, which, I believe, is unexpected.
