      JDK-8353197 implemented JavaDoc improvement and precautionary naming for certain unsafe methods in `jdk.internal.access.JavaLangAccess`. Further investigation revealed that following methods are found to be safe, and hence, misplaced JavaDoc+naming changes should be reverted:

      - countPositives
      - inflateBytesToChars
      - decodeASCII
