        This test should actually be used to test the native OS behavior of preserving the cursor type when initiating a drag event. The cursor should only update its image after the drag is released.

        The current instructions do not test for this, so it needs to be updated as this manual test is technically failing.

        This behavior also does not work in macOS due to JDK-7177297. So, this test will be problem-listed until this is fixed.
