Allow to use additional launchers in file assotiations

      Currently, only the main launcher can be used in file associations. On Windows and Linux, additional launchers can also be used with file associations, but jpackage doesn't support this feature.

      It would be beneficial to support the "file-associations" property in additional launcher property files, allowing the use of additional launchers with file associations.
