Setting setEditable( true | false) on TextField and TextArea colors does not change to text color
Step to reproduce
------------------------------
1) Run open/test/jdk/java/awt/TextComponent/BackgroundTest.java
Follow the test instruction.
2) Observe the color of the non background green TextArea and TextField. Press "DisableText" button.
3) Observe the color of the non background green TextArea and TextField.
Press "EnableText"
If you dn't see any difference between step(2) & step(3) bug is reproduced.
This is observed on MacOS 15, MacOS 14, Ubuntu 24.04 & Ubuntu 25.04
