      Running test/jdk/java/awt/font/TextLayout/TestLayoutVsICU.java fails with

      Error: Not a test or directory containing tests: java/awt/font/TextLayout/TestLayoutVsICU.java

      Because the jtreg header lists the @bug before the @test.
