Manual test java/awt/Panel/PanelRepaint/PanelRepaint.java fails and produces UI debris while scrolling. Please see the screenshot.
UI debris is produced only while scrolling and no UI issues after the mouse button is released.

Note: UI debris is reproducible only on JDK 17, 11 and 8, but the "rows rendered exceeds the horizontal scrollbar" issue is reproducible in all the JDK versions including 25 and 26. So, I have added only JDK version 17,11 and 8 in 'Affects Versions". JDK-8364404 is raised for the "rows rendered exceeds the horizontal scrollbar" issue.
