[lworld] Two tests broken with JDK-8364483

      Preregistering migrated classes makes at least this one test not work properly anymore because it's expecting to not have the migrated class already loaded.

      untime/valhalla/inlinetypes/ValuePreloadTest.java
      runtime/verifier/CFLH/TestVerify.java
