C2 SuperWord: add IR rules for MemorySegment cases from JDK-8329077

      JDK-8329077 was originaly reported as a panama issue, i.e. some MemorySegment cases did not vectorize.

      But JDK-8329077 only added regular array access IR tests, and none for MemorySegments that use the moves implicitly. We should add those for completeness.
