Refinement logs are somewhat inconsistent:

* sometimes uses cards/ms, sometimes c/ms
* some time specifications are missing (e.g. no "ms")
* it shows a "log-rate" in one instance, should be "dirty-rate" or something
* "lb_cards" instead of "pending-cards"

etc.
