[IR-Framework] Allow scenarios to be run in parallel

      Right now the (only) way to parallelize the execution of IR-framework scenarios is to create multiple frameworks, add one scenario each and start them one by one. We should give the possibility to add all scenarios at once and let the user choose how to run them (serial/parallel).
