As suggested by [~dlong] in JDK-8369219, we may consider removing entry barriers for native wrappers. Native wrappers are generally immortal, unless the method is targeted by JNI::RegisterNatives, in which case it becomes not-entrant.
Removal of entry barriers could result in some performance gains, to be quantified as part of this ticket.
