Remove the JDK support for the InfiniBand Sockets Direct Protocol (SDP), which has already been obsolete for many years, and is no longer supported by any mainstream platform. This change drops the support for the `com.sun.sdp.conf` system property, and removes `$JAVA_HOME/conf/sdp/sdp.conf.template` (the template for the configuration file) bundled with JDK on Linux.
