SigningPackageFromTwoStepAppImageTest is redundant. It duplicates the functionality of the SigningPackageTwoStepTest test.
The only difference is that SigningPackageFromTwoStepAppImageTest creates and signs the app image for packaging in two steps, while SigningPackageTwoStepTest does it in one step. For testing purposes, how the predefined app image was made is irrelevant.
