Keyboard tab order in the theme picker is broken when there are links in the breadcrumb navigation bar. When opening the theme picker by clicking on the theme icon, the tab key should move the radiobutton for the currently selected theme. Instead, the tab button moves the focus to the first link in the breadcrumb navigation.
