Even after JDK-8369735 fix I observe 30% degradation on current premain, initially spotted on EA2 build.
Requests go to "owners" endpoint.
The training is done for 1min (warmed up state).
After warmup no-aot config has ~665 RPS max, aot config has ~465 RPS max.
For fixed 500 RPS, p99.9 latency on client goes from 16ms to 4.9s.
