[lworld] Merge of 8327963 produces assertion escape.cpp "new projection should have been allocated"

      When merging jdk-26+23, JDK-8327963 had introduced a new assertion, which triggers during the jdk build.

      Disabling the assert passes testing for the most part.

      Valhalla needs more work done to complete JDK-8327963, if the merge itself wasn't responsible.
