This feature delivers new intrinsics using AVX2 instructions on x86_64 platforms for the MLDSA signature algorithm in the SUN provider. This feature also delivers an improvement on the existing AVX512 intrinsics in the same algorithm. This optimization is enabled by default on supporting x86_64 platforms. It may be disabled by providing the `-XX:+UnlockDiagnosticVMOptions -XX:-UseDilithiumIntrinsics` command-line options.
