      Setting an incorrect unit or value for the jdk.CPUTimeSample event can lead to a NPE, for example

      $ java
      -XX:StartFlightRecording:jdk.CPUTimeSample#enabled=true,jdk.CPUTimeSample#throttle=10/foo
      -XX:StartFlightRecording:jdk.CPUTimeSample#enabled=true,jdk.CPUTimeSample#throttle=20/foo
