Add support for displaying WebP images in WebView

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      At the moment, WebView does not display WebP images. Considering that this format is becoming increasingly popular, using WebView is becoming almost pointless, since many websites appear with large empty areas. For this reason, I suggest adding WebP support to WebView as soon as possible.
