Reimplement nativeccache.c with FFM

      The current nativeccache.c file uses JNI to read the Kerberos credential cache on macOS by calling widely adopted libkrb5 APIs. Rewriting this code with FFM would allow the same functionality to be implemented in a cross-platform way wherever these APIs are available.
