During testing of JDK26 b27, SQE identified two new files that were not present in JDK26 b25 (preliminary testing).

SQE relies on a file manifest that defines which files are expected — or not expected — to be present on the system after installation.

SQE needs confirmation that the following new files were intentionally added in JDK26:

\lib\splashscreen.iobj
\lib\splashscreen.ipdb

Also please provide the history of these files.
