Ability to style the current line number differently (see the screenshot) in the side decorator is presently missing in the LineNumberDecorator.

Investigate whether it's possible to achieve this by binding to the caret position property using existing public APIs, or whether it makes sense to add this functionality by default by adding a pseudo-style (:caretLine or something like that).
