[lworld] Disable preview patching by default

      This is a trivial PR to flip the default property for preview patching to enable using JRT file-system instead of module patching.

      Once this has settled, tests which explicitly set this property (search for "-DDISABLE_PREVIEW_PATCHING") can be simplified or removed, and preview patching code (now dead) can be removed.
