test/hotspot/jtreg/vmTestbase/nsk tests are misusing -iterations
It should be "-iterations x" rather than "-iterations=x"

A test with command-line options in the jtreg definition: -iterations=1
will in the test log show: Iterations=0

"-iterations 1" will corrrectly show : Iterations: 1
