AES intrinsics on PPC64 currently do not enable hardware acceleration for AES in CBC mode. As a result, AES-CBC falls back to less efficient implementations on this platform.

This issue tracks enabling AES-CBC support using existing PPC64 AES intrinsics, bringing feature parity with other platforms and improving performance for a widely used cipher mode.
