      Fedora seems to have been using it for quite a while:
       https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/DwarfCompressor

      Simple experiments show these improvements for libjvm.debuginfo:

      -g1: 144M -> 130M
      -g: (default): 860M -> 647M

      We can have the optional configure option that enables this optimization automatically if dwz is available.
