      Add support for [https://www.w3.org/TR/css-color-4/#css-system-colors](system colors) in stylesheets. This allows applications to directly reference platform colors (for example, the accent color with the "AccentColor" keyword) in styles.

      It also allows applications to reference forced colors, for example when high-contrast mode on Windows is active.
