A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Frames created by AWT or Swing won't get zoomed correctly except the zoom ration is 100%.
When it's 200%, the frame is zoomed the same as the ratio is 100%
When it's 133%, the frame is zoomed smaller than 100%

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
0. Adjust the zoom level
1. Initialize a frame with AWT or Swing
2. Add some components to the frame you initialized
3. Make this frame visible
